Hi, I'm Piyush.

I build things. Then I make them better.

MBA @ NYU Stern '27. 5 years scaling FinTech and e-commerce across Flipkart, Revolut, and OnePay. Now shipping AI agents on weekends.

01 — About

Engineer → operator → builder.

I'm a civil engineer from IIT Kharagpur who ended up running analytics and product in FinTech. Five years scaling FinTech and e-commerce — CRM at Flipkart, analytics at Revolut, credit products at OnePay — taught me that the best PMs treat the dashboard, the codebase, and the customer call as the same job.

At Stern I'm specializing in AI, Tech Product Management, and Strategy. On weekends I ship things with Cursor and Claude — an expense splitter in two weeks, a WhatsApp news agent, an AI job board. The line between 'PM' and 'builder' is collapsing, and I'd like to be on the right side of that.

02 — Why hire me

Three claims, each with a receipt.

01

I've shipped product, not just frameworks.

At OnePay, I cut churn from 11% to 4% by sitting on user calls, then ran A/B tests that drove a 21% activation lift.

02

I operate across function and geography.

At Revolut, I coordinated 50+ stakeholders across EU, LatAm, and Singapore to launch RBI-compliant analytics in India.

03

I build, not just brief.

Shipped a production expense-splitter in 2 weeks (Next.js / Supabase), a WhatsApp AI news agent (Claude + Twilio), and an AI job board (Apify MCP) — on weekends.

06 — Who I am

The human under the resume.

Builder, not just briefer.

I'd rather prototype it in Cursor over a weekend than write a PRD for a quarter. Four shipped AI projects in the last year prove it.

Comfortable in ambiguity.

Stood up RBI-compliant analytics in a country Revolut had never operated in. The playbook didn't exist — so I wrote one and trained the team on it.

Numbers-first.

Every product call I've made traces back to a dashboard I built. $183M YoY growth at Flipkart wasn't a hunch — it was a pricing model.

Plays for the team.

Co-President at the Stern Tech Association. Mentored analysts at Revolut. Trained 8 recruits at Flipkart. The wins compound when the team levels up.
